Appearance[]
Shade has Spiky white hair with Silver eyes and handsome Hawk like features. He stands 4'8 and is sinew and muscle though not a bulking kind the lithe muscle kind. He has a scar that starts from the top of his left eyebrow and goes across down to the right side of his neck through his left eye. He wears a Eye patch over it to cover the hideous wound done to his eye.
Biography[]
Shade was born in the Alienage in Kirkwall to a normal elvehn family. As a baby eh showed signs of magic and at 3 he set his house on fire. Needles to say Templar's came and took the child away to be raised in the circle of Magi. Shade grew up learning magic and he was very good at it all of it seemed to come natural to him flooding into his mind. Force Magic and human Elemental were the easiest for him. After a few years in the Tower he found a old reference of a creature called a Shade. Creatures of power who were bound by no chains nor could they be held against there will. The boy longed for such things so he named himself Shade hoping it would bring him closer to freedom. Sadly it didn't for a month later a riot broke out and Shade stepped out of his room to see what was going on a passing Templar saw the boy and struck him across the face with his blade nearly slicing the child's face in half. He screamed and collapsed than the Templar saw it was a youngster a mere child and rushed him to the healers, sadly nothing could be done to save the eye or stop the scar since The Templar's blade was still negating magic.
Shade found old books in the Library some speaking of Dalish elves and there history not that these were common he had slipped into the section for higher class mages.Through it Shade learned what it meant to be a Dalish and there customs, rituals, and history including there old gods. Shade was reluctant at first to follow this path but in the end he felt it in his bones and blood and became a Circle bound Dalish Mage.
Shade has known nothing but the Gallows and other mages his entire life but now he seeks adventure and prays one day he will find a way to get it.
